Chihuahuas may be small, but what we lose in height we make up for in intelligence and beauty.

We stand tall but not to tall, and weight between 1-8lbs but at royal gatherings the most popular kings and queens are between 2-4lbs. We have large, round, but not protruding eyes "all the better to watch you with"! Our ears are large and flaring set on an angle at approximately 10 till 2, "all the better to hear you with".

A mouth with strong jaws with a perfect and complete scissor bite "and yes its all the better to eat you with mmmmm" (and you thought the big bad wolf said that first didn't you?). We are always vigilant and no intruders will get into our castles, we can run like the wind, with the grace of a bird on the wing (or on a drumstick either tastes good to me-whoops no bones).
